Feezless Membership connects a customer’s first payment to your membership program. Issue a digital membership card through the customer’s selected channel, then let the customer complete PIN setup and PDPA consent through a link.

When to use Membership

Use Membership to enroll paying customers and deliver digital cards as part of the payment flow. It suits businesses that want customers to complete their own PIN and consent steps rather than asking staff to complete those steps for them.

Minimum preparation

Have the following information ready when discussing setup with Feezless:
  • The membership program you want customers to join.
  • The information you want to include on the digital membership card.
  • How you want customers to receive their card and setup link.

How it works

  1. A customer’s first payment starts the membership flow.
  2. A digital membership card is issued as part of that flow.
  3. The card is sent through the customer’s selected channel.
  4. The customer follows the link to set their own PIN and provide PDPA consent.
Keep payment confirmation separate from PIN setup and consent. A payment link being created or opened does not establish that the customer has paid.
