Minimum preparation

Before creating an invoice, prepare the following:
  • Billing details: what the customer is being charged for.
  • Amount to collect: the amount due from the customer.
  • Contact channel: how you will send the payment link to the customer.

How it works

  1. You create an invoice with the billing details and amount.
  2. Feezless generates an online payment link for that invoice.
  3. You send the link to the customer through your preferred contact channel.
  4. The customer opens the link and pays online.
  5. You track the invoice status in real time to see whether it is paid or outstanding.
Note: Sending a payment link alone does not confirm payment. Check the confirmed payment status before delivering goods or services.
