# 发票与账单支付

> 创建发票、发送在线支付链接，并实时跟踪已付和待付金额，无需另行手动准备账单单据。

借助 Feezless 发票与账单支付，您可以创建发票并向客户发送在线支付链接。实时跟踪哪些发票已付款、哪些仍未支付，无需另行手动准备账单单据。

## 使用场景

在以下情况下使用此解决方案：

* 为服务或订单向客户开具账单。
* 为客户提供在线付款链接。
* 跟踪已付账单，并识别需要跟进的账单。

## 最低准备

创建发票前，请准备以下内容：

* **账单详情：** 向客户收费的项目。
* **应收金额：** 客户应付的金额。
* **联系渠道：** 您将通过何种方式向客户发送支付链接。

## 工作原理

1. 您创建包含账单详情和金额的发票。
2. Feezless 为该发票生成在线支付链接。
3. 您通过首选的联系渠道将链接发送给客户。
4. 客户打开链接并在线付款。
5. 您实时跟踪发票状态，查看其已付款还是待付款。

> **注意：** 仅发送支付链接并不代表付款已确认。请在交付商品或服务前核实已确认的付款状态。
